How to Spa
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit with us. This allows for a leisurely check-in and for any questions you may have to be answered. We regret if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time to remain on schedule for the next guest.
Fountain Gate Spa provides lockers for your belongings. However, we recommend that you leave your jewelry and valuables at home. Fountain Gate Spa assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
For Spa treatments, please shave your areas to be treated 6-10 hours in advanced. For Spray Tans allow 4 hours.
Our spa welcomes groups, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. If you're interested in booking a group package we can help you coordinate details. Spa guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
We welcome you to discuss your likes and dislikes with your therapist during your treatment. This will ensure satisfaction and customize your services to fit your individual needs.
Spa and Cancellation Policies
*If you are a new guest or booking multiple treatments requiring 2 hours or more a $50 per person deposit is required as well as a credit , debit, or gift certificate number when booking your appointment.
*If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 HOURS NOTICE for individual appointments and 48 HOURS NOTICE for packages, groups, and treatments requiring more than 2 hours. Cancellations with less than required notice will be charged 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 100%. We appreciate your understanding as our therapists make their living by reserving time just for you.
*Cash Refunds cannot be given. In-store credit can be received on items approved by management.
*A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
*RECEIVE 10% OFF with a pre-paid series of 6 or more treatments for maximum results and savings.
